Hi Friends! I’m sharing a trio of colorful cards using colored cardstock and Pretty Pink Posh products.

To start, I first picked out my colored cardstock and lined them up in a pattern that seemed easy on the eyes. I used the following colored cardstocks (bottom to top): Saffron Spice (Papertrey Ink), Lemon Tart (PTI), Butter Mints (Bazzil), Summer Sunrise (PTI), Fake Tan (Lawn Fawn), Cherry Kisses (Stamp Market), Pure Poppy (PTI), Raspberry Fizz (PTI), Ballet Slippers (Lawn Fawn), Sweet Bliss (PTI).

Next, I used the new stacked edges 3 die to die cut the border pieces. I cut the stripes using my paper trimmer to 1/4 inch wide but you can also use a 1/4 wide die to cut them. Next, I used a piece of printer paper and liquid glue to adhere the die cut pieces.

Next, I stamped and colored the koalas from the koala friends stamp set and cut them out using the coordinating dies. The ice cream and beach accessories are from the summer wreath and summer fun stamp sets.

For this card, I used the hi shaker die and cut it from white cardstock and adhered it to my striped background. The border was created using the larger scallop frame die cut from white cardstock.

For this card, I used the slimline: peekaboo windows dies to cut the back panel and front panel to create the stitching detail to this slimline card. Simple sentiments used to create the sentiment and I added a red jewel for the cherry on top of the ice cream.

The last card features a sweet beach scene. I modified the happy birthday script die to say “happy day.” The panel was cut down to 3.75 inches by 5 inches and mounted on an A2 white card base. A few yellow jewels added for sparkle!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you found some inspiration using your stash and a few pieces of colored cardstock. Have a wonderful day!
