Hi Friends! Β I’m so happy to be sharing this fun and festive holiday card! Β Last year I created a gingerbread house, this year, a castle! Β I used several Lawn Fawn stamps and dies, along with super fun embellishments! Β All the products I used are listed on the bottom of the post with links.
Β
This extra special post comes with an extra special surprise! Β One lucky winner will win a brand new milk and cookies stamp and die set by Lawn Fawn! Β All you have to do is leave a comment! Β I will announce a winner on Instagram next Thursday! Β Open internationally!Β
Β
Β
Β
To start, I first cut a panel from Bristol cardstock using the largest stitched rectangle die. Β Next, I ink blended the background from top to bottom using distress oxide inks: milled lavender, spun sugar and dried marigold. Β  Then using paper bag cardstock, I lightly ink blended a brick background using the brick stencil and brushed corduroy oxide ink. Β Next, I cut a castle from the ink blended piece using the build a castle die. Β White cardstock used to cut the castle rooftops, flags, windows and door. Β Bazzil white cardstock was used since it has a nice texture. Β All the castle pieces were adhered using liquid glue and the castle was propped up using thin foam squares. Β

Next, I stamped and colored images from several Lawn Fawn sets using copic markers. Β White gel pen used for accents. Β Puffy cloud border and stitched tree border dies cut from pixie dust cardstock to look like sparkling snow (or sugar) and adhered to the bottom of the card. Β All of the pieces were arranged and adhered using liquid glue and double sided tape.

Now for the super fun part! Β Nuvo glitter drops in silver crystals added to the gum drops for sparkle. Β Nuvo crystal drops in simple white used for the “frosting.” Β I used Nuvo jewel drops in various colors to add to the tree and flags. Β Glossy accents used on the lollipops and windows to create a shiny surface. Β
Β
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from winter wavy saying on white cardstock using worn lipstick oxide ink and cut it using the simple wavy banners die. Β And that completes the card!
Β
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Β Leave a comment on my instagram or on my blog for a change to win the milk and cookies stamp and die set. Β Winner will be announced next Thursday (July 23rd) on Instagram! Β Β
