So happy to be sharing this colorful card with you for the reverse confetti blog hop! I’ve used the direct to paper ink swipe technique I’ve seen a lot lately on instagram.

To create this card, I first cut a card a piece of Neenah 110lb cardstock to 3 x 7.5 inches. Next, I used the following inks to swipe across the top of the paper (left to right): Raspberry, Peony, Cotton Candy (altenew), Bubblegum, Pink Diamond (altenew), Blush Pink, Snapdragon (altenew), Coral, Peach (all inks are stamp market unless noted otherwise).

Next, I used copic friendly black ink to stamp the kitty image from the love is in the air stamp set. The cat was colored using the following copic makers: E31, E30, R000, R20, R0000 (cat), R01, R02, R20, R22, YR18, YR15, RV06, RV04, R32, R14 (hearts). The image was cut using the coordinating confetti cuts. White gel pen used for accents on the image.
I used the big love confetti cuts die to cut the letters “love” out of my card front. The letters were also cut from white cardstock and stacked four times and adhered with glue to create dimension. I stamped the “for my valentine” from the love is in the air set using black ink. The entire card front was then adhered to a slimline card base and that completes my card!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Check out the rest of the hop for more inspiration.
