Here is a colorful card I created for the Lawn Fawnatics challenge 95 – card sketch. I used a variety of products and papers from Lawn Fawn to create this scene.

To create the rainbow background, I used post-it tape and the following distress inks (left to right): ripe persimmon, carved pumpkin, mustard seed, worn lipstick, candied apple and seedless preserves. Next, I used pieces cut from a previously brayered background to create the background for the large clouds at the bottom. The outlines for the clouds are cut from white cardstock using the stitched cloud frames die set. The cloud with the face was cut using the cloud die from the stitched rainbow die set.

The letters for “sunshine” were cut using Finley’s ABC’s and the following cardstock colors: sunflower, fake tan, ballet slippers, guava. The exclamation mark was cut using Stamp Market fuchsia cardstock. The “sending” was white heat embossed from the rain or shine before n’ afters set. Background paper from the hello sunshine remix petite paper pack.

I hope this card puts a smile on your face today! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog! Happy crafting!
