Hi friends! This is my last post for Reverse Confetti! What a blast creating with these new products! The challenge theme for this month is enouragement and congratulations. I decided to create an encouragement card using some products from the new release.
To create the card shown above, I started with a piece of Bristol smooth card stock. The images from love is in the air stamp set were stamped one by one and masked off using masking paper. Then, after all the images were masked, I ink blended a background using the following distress oxide inks: seedless preserves, milled lavender, spun sugar.
A few drops of water were splattered on the background using a small paint brush to create a textured background. Next, I removed the masks and colored the images using water brush markers and a small #1 paint brush. White gel pen used for highlights.
The sentiment was stamped using the words of love stamp set and then colored using a water brush marker. The panel was cut to 5.25 x 4 inches and mounted on foam tape to a light grey card base.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! This is my last card for Reverse Confetti as a “Fetti friend” and I’ve had so much fun! Be sure to check out their amazing products online!
